PTFE Teflon Film | 36 Yards without/Adhesive (TFENA)

Non-Adhesive PTFE (Teflon) Film is designed for custom gaskets, seals, electrical insulation, release surfaces, and wear-resistant applications where an adhesive backing is not required. Made from high-quality virgin PTFE film, it provides exceptional chemical resistance, an ultra-low friction surface, and outstanding performance in high-temperature environments.

Available in 3.0, 5.0, 6.0, and 10.0 mil thicknesses, this non-adhesive PTFE film offers excellent non-stick properties, high dielectric strength, and resistance to heat, moisture, chemicals, and UV exposure. It can be easily cut or fabricated into custom components for industrial, electrical, and mechanical applications. Common uses include gasket and seal fabrication, electrical insulation barriers, release liners, bearing surfaces, wear pads, slide plates, and machine components. Operating temperature range: -100°F to 500°F (-73°C to 260°C), making it an ideal solution for demanding industrial and manufacturing environments.
