Distributor Tape aims to offer same-day shipping, ensuring our customers receive their products when needed. Most orders do not require a signature; however, signatures may be required for orders over $150 to help protect against loss or delivery issues. Additional charges may apply.

How Are Our Shipping Rates Determined?

Shipping rates vary depending on the order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. We strive to provide transparent and competitive shipping rates.

Do We Ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes. We ship to all P.O. Boxes. Our system automatically selects the appropriate shipping carrier and method to ensure delivery to your designated Post Office Box.

Where Do I Get My Tracking Number?

Once your order is placed, we automatically select the carrier that offers the best balance of price and delivery speed. Tracking information may be provided through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers.

Your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive the email or misplace your tracking number, you may also access it through your customer account (account registration required).

International Shipments

Tracking availability for international orders depends on the destination country and carrier used. If you require full tracking visibility, we recommend selecting Priority Shipping during checkout.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees imposed by their country.

Tracking Information Delays

Please allow up to 24 business hours for carriers to update tracking information after your order has shipped. If tracking does not appear immediately, we recommend checking again after this timeframe.

What Should You Do If Your Order Does Not Arrive as Expected?

Most domestic orders ship from our warehouse in Miami, Florida, and typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location, shipping carrier, and selected delivery service.

International shipments generally arrive at your country’s customs office within 4–12 business days, depending on the destination, carrier, and shipping method selected.
