PTFE Film Teflon Tape | 36 Yards (Self-Wound) (TFESW)

PTFE-Coated Fiberglass Teflon Tape (Self-Wound) is designed for heat sealing equipment, vacuum sealers, impulse sealers, laminating machines, and high-temperature conveyor systems where a release liner is not required. Made from PTFE-coated fiberglass cloth with a high-temperature silicone adhesive in a self-wound construction, it delivers outstanding chemical resistance, low friction, and exceptional durability in demanding industrial environments.

Available in 5.0, 6.8, 8.4, and 12.1 mil total thicknesses, this tape provides a reliable non-stick, heat-resistant surface that helps prevent product buildup, improves sealing performance, and protects heating elements from wear and damage. Its self-wound design allows for quick application without removing a liner, making it ideal for high-volume production and continuous operations. Engineered to resist heat, chemicals, abrasion, and mechanical stress, it is commonly used on heat sealers, packaging machinery, laminating equipment, conveyor belts, chute liners, guide rails, roll covers, and release surfaces. Operating temperature range: -100°F to 500°F (-73°C to 260°C), making it an excellent choice for industrial processing, packaging, and electrical insulation applications.
