PTFE-Coated Fiberglass Teflon Tape w/Liner (TFEWL)

PTFE-Coated Fiberglass Teflon Tape (With Liner) is designed for use with heat-sealing equipment, vacuum sealers, impulse sealers, laminating machines, and high-temperature conveyor systems. Made from PTFE-coated fiberglass cloth with a high-temperature silicone adhesive, it provides outstanding chemical resistance, low friction, and exceptional durability in demanding industrial environments.

Available in 2.8, 4.6, 5.4, and 9.1 mil PTFE fiberglass backing thicknesses (5.0, 6.8, 8.4, and 12.1 mil total thickness including adhesive), this tape creates a reliable non-stick, heat-resistant surface that helps prevent product buildup, improves sealing performance, and protects heating elements from wear and damage. Engineered for continuous high-temperature operation, it resists heat, chemicals, abrasion, and mechanical stress. Ideal for heat sealers, packaging machinery, laminating equipment, conveyor belts, chute liners, guide rails, roll covers, and release surfaces. Operating temperature range: -100°F to 500°F (-73°C to 260°C), making it an excellent choice for industrial processing, packaging, and electrical insulation applications.
