Double-Sided Permanent Transfer Tape w/Extended Liner (PTT-EL)
PTT-EL and PTT-EL-GSO are Double-Sided Permanent Transfer Tapes with Extended Liners designed for permanent bonding applications that require high initial tack, strong long-term adhesion, and easy liner removal. Made with an unsupported synthetic rubber adhesive on a 42 lb. silicone-coated Kraft release liner (red print), these tapes provide a reliable, permanent bond for mounting, labeling, packaging, and general assembly applications without adhesive bleed-through on paper stock.
Both products offer the same adhesive performance and technical properties. The difference is the winding direction:
- PTT-EL – Standard Wound: Unwinds in the standard direction for most manual and automated applications.
- PTT-EL-GSO – Reverse Wound: Unwinds in the opposite direction (Glue-Side Out) for equipment or processes that require reverse winding. The release liner is printed with “TO EXPOSE ADHESIVE REMOVE LINER.”
