🔹Product Description
UV LDPE Low-density Polyethylene Film Tape | 7 Mil (GHT7R-UV)
GHT7R-UV is a 7 Mil UV-resistant LDPE polyethylene film tape with a synthetic rubber adhesive, designed for outdoor masking, shrink-wrap, surface protection, sealing, and construction applications.
The UV-stabilized, low-surface-energy polyethylene backing also makes GHT7R-UV suitable for bond-breaker applications, helping prevent sealant adhesion to the third side of a joint and promoting proper two-sided sealant bonding. Its UV resistance makes it particularly suitable for outdoor applications where prolonged exposure to sunlight may occur.
GHT7R-UV provides excellent durability, conformability, moisture resistance, and solvent resistance. It can be used for seaming and repairing shrink-wrap film, stucco and plaster masking, polyethylene splicing, and temporary surface protection.
*Note: Clean removability is dependent upon dwell time, the conditions/temperature of exposure, surfaces, etc. Should be thoroughly tested in the specific application.
