Clear LDPE Low-density Polyethylene Film Tape | 5.5 Mil - 60 Yards (GHT5E)
GHT5E is a Clear 60-yard acrylic adhesive LDPE polyethylene film tape. Its adhesive system provides good adhesion for surface protection, splicing, sealing, and general-purpose applications.
The low-surface-energy polyethylene backing also makes GHT5E suitable for bond breaker applications, helping prevent sealant adhesion to the third side of a joint and promoting proper two-sided sealant bonding.
The tough, conformable polyethylene backing provides good abrasion and tear resistance, moisture protection, UV and solvent resistance, and long-term aging stability without yellowing. The tape is designed to resist cracking or crazing after extended exposure.
