Distributor Tape strives for same day shipping in order for our customers to have their products right when they need it. Most orders do not require a signature; However, on orders over $500 signatures will be necessary to protect and ensure delivery from loss. (additional charges may apply)

How to qualify for free shipping?

All orders will qualify for free ground shipping if they are shipped to an address in the 48 contiguous United States.

How are our shipping rates determined?

Shipping rates differ depending on the weight of the order and the method preferred. Distributor Tape goal is to reduce the customers shipping rates as much as possible to guarantee the clients frustration when S&H is half or sometimes even more of the products’ pricing. We are transparent with our shipping charges.

Do we ship to P.O. Boxes?

We do ship to all P.O. Boxes. Our system automatically will select the correct shipping options to get your order delivered to the correct Post Office Box.

Where do I get my tracking number?

When you place an order, we immediately select the carrier that offers the best pricing and the fastest delivery. Tracking information may vary from USPS or UPS. The tracking number will be sent to the email provided when the order was placed. Moreover, in case you do not receive the email or misplaced your tracking number you will be able to obtain the number from your account (having an account is necessary).

International Shipment

Depending on the country and the type of carrier use the order will or will not have a tracking number. If you prefer to have a tracking number, please be sure to choose priority shipping when completing your order.
Note: On Average, it can take over 24 hours for tracking numbers to be updated by the carriers. If tracking is not in the system, please wait 24 business hours from the time it was shipped.

What to do if the order does not arrive when expected?

The majority of the domestic orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Miami, Florida and the expected arrival is within 2-5 business days depending on your location, the carrier, and the delivery option. International shipments order should arrive at your country’s customs office within 4-12 business days, again depending on your location, the carrier, and the delivery option.
